Launching Post on The Notebook: A Friend That I Had
Apr 21st
This post launches my new and my very first non-freehosted blog.. The Notebook with -KiRa-YaMaTo-
This is where all anime news and commentaries, broadcast news and the bits and bobs of my own life will be posted in a way I write in my diary. I write as if I imagine that the computer is my notebook, and the keyboard is my ballpen.
I will try to update my blog as often as I could, and I will not stop also writing on my Multiply site (http://knightkira.multiply.com) until such time I could fully devote my Multiply site as a photo repositorium.
With this blog, I now officially close my Blogger website and now relegate all my posting duties here at The Notebook.
Now, for my first official blog post here in The Notebook. I will write a commentary I wished it took on the air, but due to time constraints, it never happened. But now, it will see print for the very first time here in The Notebook
NOTE: If you will just read the following post and disclaim that this is an emofagging post.. Then I suggest you should not read this, You have no right to meddle and to comment on this post if you do not have the right to.
Now, here is the commentary I titled ” A Friend That I Had”, This commentary was written in April of 2009 and I had updated this with recent events in mind.
Contrasting Online Games in Korea and in Manila

Just last last week, I watched a Documentary on I-witness which is anchored by Kara David about the plight of Online Gaming among the youth, particularly the D and E classes of our society.
Yeah, the documentary is well-done, crafted and made in a style that made it award winning. But in the context of content, I found the story not only disgraceful, but a low point in the mostly-sanctified News division of GMA.
